Our Sheeting Service
At APC INFRA TECH, we deliver high-quality, high-performance roofing and cladding solutions tailored for industrial warehouses, PEB structures, and commercial sheds. Our expertise spans across installing premium Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) sheets, high rust-resistant Galvalume sheets, and Polycarbonate/FRP Skylight sheets designed for energy-saving natural daylight.
To ensure a lifetime of structural stability and 100% leak-proof performance, our skilled installation team utilizes top-grade industrial fixing materials, including corrosion-resistant Self-Drilling Screws (SDS) with EPDM washers, high-quality Silicon Sealants, and Butyl Tapes at all sheet overlaps. Sheets are laid down systematically opposing the prevailing wind direction, precisely aligning the profile ribs with the purlins.
We maintain strict on-site quality checkpoints by ensuring adequate slope and sheet overlaps (minimum 150mm to 200mm) to prevent water backflow during heavy storms, while taking utmost care to instantly clean metal drilling swarf and protect the protective paint coatings, delivering absolute reliability for heavy steel structures.
At APC INFRA TECH, working at heights during roof sheeting demands the highest level of safety and technical precision. Every technician on the roof is strictly equipped with high-grade Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including ISI-marked Safety Helmets, Steel-toe Safety Shoes, and High-Visibility Jackets. To ensure a zero-accident site, we install a heavy-duty, continuous steel lifeline wire running securely across the rafters, where every worker must mandatory hook their Full-Body Double-Lifeline Safety Harness. Additionally, robust Nylon Safety Nets are securely laid out beneath the entire roof truss area before any sheeting or purlin fixing work begins.
Proper installation starts with a strict layout plan, where sheets are always laid down opposing the prevailing wind direction to prevent wind-uplift risks. Our skilled team precisely aligns the profile ribs with the purlins, utilizing top-grade, corrosion-resistant Self-Drilling Screws (SDS) fitted with premium EPDM washers that create a tight, 100% waterproof seal. To permanently block heavy rainwater penetration and avoid any future leakage, high-quality Silicon Sealants and Butyl Tapes are applied meticulously at all horizontal and vertical sheet overlaps.
We maintain a strict quality and safety checklist during the execution phase, ensuring that a proper roof slope and adequate sheet overlaps (minimum 150mm to 200mm) are maintained to prevent water backflow during heavy storms. All metal drilling dust and swarf are cleaned from the sheet surface immediately after screwing to eliminate spot rusting and protect the paint coatings. Furthermore, all sheeting and height adjustment activities are instantly suspended during high wind speeds, heavy rainfall, or poor visibility conditions to guarantee absolute safety and structural reliability.
